Garlic and Herb Chicken

This chicken dis is so easy and delicious. You can adjust the herbs to your liking or make it as is.

Ingredients:

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

2 tsp olive oil

10 cloves garlic, chopped

1/4 cup chicken broth

1 1/2 tsp rosemary

1/2 tsp sage

1 cup chicken broth

Directions:

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

In a large non-stick skillet heat oil over medium high heat. Brown chicken on both sides and then remove from pan and set aside. In the same skillet, saute garlic until browned. Add 1/4 cup broth and herbs.

Cook until almost evaporated. Return chicken to the skillet and add remaining 1 cup of broth.

Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, covered for about 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
