Hi, I’m Allison! 

I am a nutrition and weight loss coach who knows that it is possible to lose weight, keep it off and get off the diet roller coaster for good.

I have helped nearly 1,000 women and men lose weight and keep it off, AND I want to help you do the same.

I don’t believe in diets because diets don’t work.

I focus on a lifestyle approach that is not short term but a lifelong approach to health. I want women to love themselves enough to want to be the strongest, fittest, healthiest, most confident version of themselves. I want every women to be confident, to love the body she is in, and to ultimately take control of her health. If you have ever struggled with self doubt, insecurities, limiting beliefs or thinking “others can do it but not me”, we need to chat!

It IS possible and I want to help!

When people try a diet and don’t succeed they blame themselves and feel like a failure. The reality is that diets don’t work. People don’t fail….diets do. But every diet promises to be the magic answer and when it’s not, we tend to blame ourselves and it feeds our negative self talk, limiting beliefs and self doubts. When we don’t feel good about ourselves, it can affect every aspect of our lives.

I want to help women to take control of their health and their lives! I work with women to improve their mindset and remove limiting beliefs to realize you can do, achieve and become anything!

Here is my story….

I always loved being healthy and felt my best when I was being active and eating properly. But like many young women, I tried every diet on the planet. Low fat, no fat, low carbs, you name it.

When I went to college I discovered Nutrition, fell in love with the major and graduated with my degree in Nutritional Sciences. I learned about how food affects the body, how to eat for optimal energy and health and how we can reverse and avoid so many ailments simply through proper diet.

Soon after college, I got my dream job working as a weight management specialist in a health club, setting up diet and exercise programs. I helped clients to lose fat, gain muscle, increase energy, exercise properly and be the healthiest version of themselves.

I truly believe that when people take care of themselves physically, it benefits every aspect of their life.

Confidence grows, doubts fade and motivation can soar.

I loved my job and it was beyond rewarding. I had clients who lost over one hundred pounds, got off all medications and looked and felt their best.

I also had clients who lost 10 pounds.

But they were equally rewarding because I was helping women to set and achieve goals. I was helping them to get off the dieting weight loss/weight gain hamster wheel and helping them to live healthier lives.

I see clients now, years later, and they tell me they still follow what I taught them.

Now I am taking my coaching online, where I can reach women around the globe.

Success in weight loss is about more than just food.

It is about changing your mindset and becoming free of the all-or-nothing mentality. It’s about getting rid of the restrictive thinking about what you can and can’t eat. It’s about changing the story you are telling yourself. It’s about stopping the negative self talk, getting rid of your limiting beliefs and ending the self sabotage.

To do this, you need support.

You need accountability.

That’s where I come in.

Yes I will educate you on nutrition and weight loss. I will give you all the tools you need.

But you can google that and learn it on your own.

You need someone who will support you and hold you accountable.

Accountability is the difference between consuming information and taking action that produces real results!

I will help you to make changes that will last a lifetime.

It is all about learning to believe in yourself, changing the narrative in your mind and having the right support to acheive success beyond your wildest dreams.

I want to help you to reach your true potential and to achieve the success you desire AND DESERVE!

  1. I met my husband at the health club where I got my first nutrition job. He is a contractor and was building the facility and I was the nutritionist. We became close friends and started dating six months later. 23 year years and 3 kids later, I would say it worked out great.

  2. I am SCARED to death of heights.  Even watching my husband climb a ladder gives me a panic attack.

  3. I have never swam in a lake and never will.

  4. I have been a vegetarian for over 34 years but don’t necessarily recommend it. I believe meat, chicken and fish are great sources of protein and should be part of your diet (I just couldn’t eat it ever again after high school Biology class)

  5. I didn’t get to hold our first son for 3 hours because I was in recovery from a c-section and he was under heat lamps.  When I finally held him I cried my eyes out. I was so overwhelmed with love. I didn’t even know that type of love existed until that moment.

  6. I went to college to be an accountant because I love numbers.  I took a nutrition class in my second year and was hooked. I changed my major and couldn’t understand why everyone didn’t study nutrition.  It is my passion.

  7. I love to travel!! I have a bucket list of places I want to go to and every time I go somewhere my list actually gets longer, not shorter.  My husband can’t understand this, but it is because I talk to so many people when I travel and learn of another place I want to see!

  8. I bought a dog in college...from a pet store! I had no plans to get a dog and definitely not from a pet store, but I saw him in the mall and immediately fell in love.  After visiting him every day for 5 days I knew I didn’t want to live without him and I bought him on my credit card. He was the first love of my life.

  9. I love coffee!!! Especially iced coffee and lattes!

  10. I love the beach. Just hearing the waves and smelling the salt air makes me calmer, happier and grateful….it is definitely my happy place.

  11. I thank God every day for our 3 boys.  I honestly don’t know how I ever lived without them. I went through 8 rounds of different infertility treatments and had 2 miscarriages during the process to have them, and I would do it all again a million times over because they are the best thing that has ever happened to me.

  12. I am SURE that I don’t tell him enough, but I am blessed to have the best husband ever.  He puts up with my obsessive, crazy, perfectionist, overly passionate personality and loves me anyway.
