Cilantro Lime Shrimp

This recipe couldn’t be easier and is healthy and packed with flavor.

Serve it over rice or riced cauliflower or even use it to make shrimp tacos.

It won’t disappoint.


Ingredients:

1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp

1/4 tsp cumin

Kosher salt and pepper to taste

2 tsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, crushed

1-2 Tbsp lime juice

3-4 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions:

Season shrimp with cumin, salt, and pepper. Heat oil in. a large pan. Add shrimp and cook until opaque. Transfer to a bowl and squeeze lime juice over the shrimp. Add cilantro and toss.
