Asian Salad with Sesame Soy Dressing

This colorful salad is both delicious and healthy.

Packed with veggies, antioxidants and so easy to make.

Ingredients

10 ounces Romaine lettuce

2 1/2 cups shredded slaw mix

1 red pepper, chopped

1 yellow pepper, chopped

1 1/2 cups shelled edamame

4 scallions, chopped

Dressing:

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup white vinegar

1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

1 Tbsp sugar (or more to desired sweetness)

MIx all salad ingredients together and top with dressing.
